Plans are afoot a $100 million redevelopment of Somerset Station, Massachusetts, USA into a
premiere biomarine research and waterfront revitalisation project.
According to a report in the Herald, the centrepiece of the project is the creation of a privately funded,
for-profit Ocean Research and Innovation Center at Mount Hope Bay that
would provide pre-permitted fresh and saltwater bioscience laboratory
